To get this 100% natural coconut cream, we chose a partner whose coconuts come from a certified organic plantation. To obtain our superb coconut cream, you need: coconuts, water and... that's it! First of all, you need to carefully select the coconuts. Then the coconut extract is obtained by grinding the coconut flesh. In order to adjust the fat content, more or less purified water is added to this extract. Coconut extract naturally has 38% fat. For our coconut cream we have chosen to have 24% fat, but it is good fat. Coconut is also rich in magnesium, potassium and phosphorus. What a good thing to combine the useful with the enjoyable, doesn't it?
