Evening Primrose Borage - 1000mg Organic

What is the difference between borage oil and evening primrose oil?

They are two separate plant oils, pressed from different seeds: borage seed on one side, evening primrose seed on the other. Kazidomi brings them together in a single capsule. The label gives the composition for four capsules: 1000 mg of organic borage seed oil and 1000 mg of organic evening primrose seed oil.

Is this supplement suitable for vegetarians?

No. The shell of the Kazidomi capsules is made from fish gelatine and glycerine. The product therefore suits neither vegetarians nor vegans, nor anyone who avoids fish. The borage and evening primrose oils held inside it are, for their part, of plant origin and organic.

What does the organic certification cover?

The Kazidomi supplement is certified FR-BIO-01 by ECOCERT, and the borage and evening primrose seed oils come from organic farming. The certification bears on how the seeds are grown and on the control of the supply chain. The label states the share of agricultural ingredients that it covers.

Are there cases where it is not advised?

Yes. Kazidomi says to consult a health professional for children under twelve and for pregnant or breastfeeding women. This is a food supplement, to be taken within a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product is kept out of the reach of children at all times.

How many capsules are in the bottle and how do I keep it?

The Kazidomi bottle holds 120 capsules. Keep it away from light, somewhere cool and dry, closed properly after each opening. Light and heat degrade plant oils, so a closed cupboard suits it better than a bathroom shelf or the edge of a sunlit window.
