Instructions
Ingredients to add: 500ml of soy-based culinary specialty Cold dilution of the powder before boiling. Instructions for use: Mix the powdered preparation with 500 ml of cooking soy using a whisk. Bring to the boil while stirring and simmer for a minute. Remove from the heat and beat vigorously using an electric mixer for at least 5 minutes (until you obtain a frothy texture). Divide the chocolate mousse into ramekins and let cool before serving.
