This vegan, phytohormone-free, and diabetes-friendly supplement is formulated with synergistic adaptogenic herbs such as Saffron, Griffonia, and Rhodiola, enhanced with three forms of magnesium and vitamins B and D. Preferably 3 tablets a day 2 in the morning (away from caffeine if possible) and 1 in the evening, for 30 days. Or 2 in the evening, if your priority is to improve your sleep. Recommended for 2 or 3 months. Then take a break and start again if you feel the need.
Take at least 1 hour before your tea.
You can chew the tablet or cut it in half to swallow.
Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women, children under 12, or if taking anti-depressants.
