Pas miraculeux et je pense que ça ne doit pas être efficace quand on a de grosses douleurs mais pour des douleurs faibles à modérées ça permet au moins de se faire un petit massage qui soulage quand même et je conseille de placer une bouillotte ou quelque chose de chaud après
