Instructions
Cooked: Cook for 35 min in 3 times its volume of water. Serve as for legumes. Germination: Start by bathing the seeds in a bowl of hot water. Once the seeds are soaked in water, rinse them thoroughly. Place them in your germinator, not forgetting to rinse them twice a day until they are ready to eat. Germination time: 4 to 6 days. The germination rate is not guaranteed. Mung beans can be eaten raw in sprouted form or cooked like a bean.Store in a cool, dry place away from light. After opening, place in the refrigerator and consume within 30 days.
