Lazzaretti's Garlic and Basil Ribbons are a gourmet pasta with the taste of fresh basil. Lazzaretti uses an ancestral technique to obtain an excellent pasta. The durum wheat semolina is mixed with water before adding eggs, chopped basil, garlic and herbs. The dough is then rolled in the old-fashioned way, kneaded cold and cut with a knife.
