Kazidomi's Amber Maple Syrup is a maple syrup that comes straight from Quebec, the country of maple par excellence! The 500ml format is back, ideal for regular use in small kitchens. Our maple syrup is organic, 100% pure (no preservatives) and natural. Sourced from a family business that has been active for 4 generations, our maple syrup is the result of a know-how using only one ingredient: maple water. The pouring of this sap is a natural phenomenon that takes place every spring. Once the maple water is harvested, it is then cooked until the liquid evaporates so that only the sugar remains, the precious nectar called maple syrup! The grade A of our maple syrup is a classification according to its color: the lighter the color, the more woody the taste like maple. The darker it is, the more the taste is like caramel.
