Discover our quinoa pasta, this now widespread "pseudo-cereal" 7000 years old. It is rich in proteins, vitamin B, antioxidants, minerals and trace elements (iron, copper, potassium, phosphorus, manganese...) and fiber. In short, you will find all the essential nutrients in our quinoa pasta! Our pasta is produced in a family and artisanal workshop in the Piedmont, which works with fresh raw materials, organic, certified 100% gluten-free and vegan. The cutting and molding of the pasta (in bronze) is done in the purest Italian tradition, following a slow drying process at low temperature for at least 20 hours. The final result is a product rich in taste that, thanks to a careful manufacturing process, preserves all the organoleptic and nutritional properties of the ingredients. Our pasta has a more fragile texture, different from "classic" pasta because it is gluten-free.
