Here, two ingredients that we loves here at Kazidomi: courgettes and tomatoes. But not just any of them! These products are simply incredible! Incredible for their taste but also for their manufacturing process. Indeed, we produce them with a family business located in northern Italy. And yes, they need a little sun! Tomatoes are harvested in certified organic fields and removed once a year after sunbathing in the summer but above all to respect the soil. Then, it does not take more than twelve hours before they are transformed into a sauce and bottled to preserve their taste and nutritional properties as much as possible.
