Ingredients

  • 1 chopped onion
  • 100g mushrooms
  • 250g green lentils
  • 600ml broth
  • 500ml tomato sauce

Recipe

  1. Sauté the onion and mushrooms in a pan with a bit of olive oil.
  2. Add the lentils and broth to the pan.
  3. Let cook for 20 to 25 minutes until the lentils are tender and the broth is absorbed.
  4. Add the tomato sauce and let simmer for another 20 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, cook your pasta.
  6. Once cooked, top the pasta with the sauce.
