Ingredients
- 1 chopped onion
- 100g mushrooms
- 250g green lentils
- 600ml broth
- 500ml tomato sauce
Recipe
- Sauté the onion and mushrooms in a pan with a bit of olive oil.
- Add the lentils and broth to the pan.
- Let cook for 20 to 25 minutes until the lentils are tender and the broth is absorbed.
- Add the tomato sauce and let simmer for another 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook your pasta.
- Once cooked, top the pasta with the sauce.
