Made in France, our jams can boast of being without added sugar, because they have swapped industrial sugar with grape concentrate for an ultra-healthy, natural recipe with a good fruit taste.

Their other asset is the method of preparation; our jams are composed of ingredients cooked under vacuum.

This mode of soft cooking allows to preserve at most the organoleptic qualities (flavours, colors and textures) of fruits.

Result: you benefit from unctuous and incredibly greedy jams to garnish your toasts, rusks, mueslis or pastries.

Ingredients

Blueberry Jam: 50% blueberries, concentrated grape juice: to bring a bit of greediness - replaces the sugar of traditional jams, gelling agent (fruit pectin): for the texture and consistency not too liquid.

Strawberry Jam: 60% strawberries, concentrated grape juice: to bring a little greediness - replaces the sugar of traditional jams, gelling agent (fruit pectin): for the texture and the consistency not too liquid.

Raspberry Jam: 55% raspberries, concentrated grape juice: to bring a little greed - replaces the sugar of traditional jams, gelling agent (fruit pectin): for the texture and consistency not too liquid.

Apricot Jam: 60% apricot, concentrated grape juice: to bring a bit of greediness - replaces the sugar of traditional jams, gelling agent (fruit pectin): for the texture and the consistency not too liquid.
