Fairtrade Strong Coffee Ground Latin America & Tanzania Organic

Our full-bodied and ground coffee offers a blend with deep notes, composed of 60% Arabica from Latin America and 40% Robusta from Tanzania. Robusta is certainly more caffeinated than Arabica, BUT you should know that a full-bodied coffee 100% Arabica is often a burnt coffee, while Robusta is roasted at a lower temperature, and thus keeps all its flavor, between acidity and bitterness. The coffee comes from a regional and family company in Alsace, concerned with offering an exceptional coffee. It carefully selects its beans in order to sublimate all the subtlety of their aromas. The beans are also certified Fairtrade. This label allows producers to improve their working and living conditions while respecting the environment. Thanks to the label, the cooperatives can also benefit from a follow-up for their medium-term development.
