Yes, it is not recommended for children under 12 (too much vitamin A and iron). Please seek medical advice if you're pregnant, plan to get pregnant (to avoid a vitamin A overdose) or menopausal (higher risk of osteoporosis due to the vitamin A content).

What time of day should I take my supplement?

This supplement should be taken in the morning with a large glass of water. If you forget to take it in the morning, don't worry, you can take it later in the day. Due to the potentially stimulating effect of vitamin C, we recommend taking it as early in the day as possible. But that's certainly not the case for everyone.
