Caraway Essentiel Oil

Don't use over 2-3 teaspoons of coconut oil in cooking. Only a small amount of coconut oil is required when used as a massage oil. Apply a generous amount of coconut oil to the scalp and distribute it through the hair. Leave it on for a few hours (or overnight) as a nourishing treatment and shampoo the next morning. Put a small amount of coconut oil on a cotton pad and use it to remove makeup for eyes and face.
