Instructions

Perfect for an healthy snack or for your sport practice. For sporty people : this puree is ideal for short and intense practice with the Baouw bars as well. One puree every 30/40 minutes averagely depending on the intensity. It can replace a sport gel easily. Keep at room temperature. After opening, store in the refrigerator a maximum of 48 hours.
