Organic cider vinegar with its mother, produced from apples from organic farming (certified by ecocert) Cider vinegar with its mother*, ginger, juniper berries, cayenne pepper, cardamom, bird pepper. All ingredients are organically grown. No expiration date! Close the cap after use. The mother of the vinegar is visible by the cloudy aspect or deposits present at the bottom of the bottle. Its aspect and its color can vary, that does not have any impact on the quality of your cider vinegar archie: quite the contrary! Keep at room temperature.
