Ingredients

  • 100 g of Kazidomi buckwheat flour
  • 50 g of chia seeds
  • 50 g of sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 120 ml of water

Recipe

  1. Mix the flour, seeds, salt, oil, and water until a smooth dough is formed.
  2. Roll the dough out thinly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
  4. Let it cool and break into pieces. These crackers can be stored for several days in an airtight container.
