Homemade buckwheat & seed crackers

These homemade crackers are a simple and quick option to add a crunchy touch to your appetizers or meals. Perfect for pairing with your favorite spreads, they are both delicious and convenient, and are sure to be a hit at your next indulgent occasions.
Ingredients
- 100 g of Kazidomi buckwheat flour
- 50 g of chia seeds
- 50 g of sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 120 ml of water
Recipe
- Mix the flour, seeds, salt, oil, and water until a smooth dough is formed.
- Roll the dough out thinly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
- Let it cool and break into pieces. These crackers can be stored for several days in an airtight container.
