Crunchy beans

These crispy white beans are the perfect healthy snack to munch on during a movie or anytime during the day when you’re craving something savory. Rich in protein and fiber, easy to prepare, and incredibly satisfying, this snack is sure to become a staple in your kitchen!
Ingredients
(for 2 people)
- 1 can of white beans (cannellini) (approximately 400 g)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon of sweet paprika
- ¼ teaspoon of chili powder (optional)

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven: 160°C).

Drain and rinse the beans, then spread them on a clean towel and gently pat them dry. This step is crucial: the drier they are, the crispier they will be.

In a large bowl, mix the olive oil with all the spices. Add the beans and toss gently until they are well coated.

Spread the beans on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Arrange them in a single layer for even cooking.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, turning them halfway through. They should be golden and crispy on the outside.

Let them cool for a few minutes before enjoying. They will become even crispier as they cool.
