Ingredients
- 100 g Kazidomi red lentils
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon Kazidomi cashew butter
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons Kazidomi olive oil
- Salt, pepper
Recipe
- Cook the red lentils for 10 minutes in boiling water, then drain them.
- Blend the lentils with the garlic, lemon juice, cashew butter, spices, and olive oil.
- Adjust the texture with a little water if necessary.
- Serve cold with homemade crackers or raw vegetables.
