Mushroom pasta gratin

Warm yourself up with this comforting mushroom penne gratin.
Ingredients
- 300g pasta (here, buckwheat penne)
- 400-500 ml cream (here, soy)
- 400g mushrooms
- 3 cloves of garlic, pressed
- 1 pack grated cheese
- Salt & pepper (thyme)
Recipe
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Cook the pasta in boiling water for 10 minutes.
- In a pan, sauté the mushrooms with olive oil. Add the pressed garlic after a few minutes and cook for another minute.
- Mix the mushrooms with the cooked pasta. Add the cream and cheese, and stir well.
- Top with an extra layer of cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200°C (390°F).
