The cream is made with plain tofu, blended with coconut milk, vanilla powder, and a touch of xylitol for sweetness. Simple, quick, and effective.

For 2 servings (1 small mold or 2 jars)

For the base:

  • 6 to 8 biscuits

Mix it up with different options:

  • Chocolate vanilla-filled biscuits
  • Speculoos
  • Dark chocolate shortbread
  • Raspberry tartlets

For the cream:

  • 200 g plain tofu
  • 100 ml coconut milk (more if needed)
  • 2 tsp xylitol
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder

  1. Ideally prepare this recipe the day before for a well-chilled dessert.
  2. Blend the tofu, coconut milk, xylitol, and vanilla powder until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the cream into small jars or individual containers.
  4. Insert the biscuits into the cream vertically.
  5. Smooth the top, close with a lid (or cover), and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Enjoy well chilled, plain or with your favorite toppings (fruit coulis, fresh fruit, chocolate chips…).
