A vegan and protein-packed mug cake, ready in just 2 minutes with Pulse Protein red berries protein powder.
Ingredients
- 30g T80 wheat flour
- 30g protein powder (here: red berries flavor)
- 60 ml plant-based milk
- 1 tsp baking soda (or baking powder)
- Optional: 2 tbsp nut butter (here: almond, pecan, or chai flavored)
Recipe
- Mix all the ingredients directly in a mug.
- Adjust the amount of milk or flour if the batter is too thick or too runny.
- Microwave for 90 seconds.
