  • 30g T80 wheat flour
  • 30g protein powder (here: red berries flavor)
  • 60 ml plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp baking soda (or baking powder)
  • Optional: 2 tbsp nut butter (here: almond, pecan, or chai flavored)

Recipe

  1. Mix all the ingredients directly in a mug.
  2. Adjust the amount of milk or flour if the batter is too thick or too runny.
  3. Microwave for 90 seconds.
  4. Enjoy!
