Peanuts namely contain a stunning percentage of proteins (about 25%) in comparison with nuts. As the structure of this vegetable protein is quite similar to the animal ones found in meat and eggs, their nutritional value do not differ much either. Also, one spoon of this bewitched peanut butter provides you with important micro nutrients (magnesium, manganese and phosphorus) and vitamins (vitamin B3 and E).
This crunchy KAZIDOMI peanut butter can be used the same way in the kitchen as the smooth version.
