Hello,

I just paid a subscription for a year. That's awesome. ;)
As a vegan I am not amused about products with insects like, their living conditions change. For example grass hoppers, little buddies likes jumping here and there. In the cage they live in a small space, without any possibility live in their own way. In another shop these new items were sold reduced cause people buy them less. Extra portion protein is easy to get from other items. Thanks and best, Hilda

Dear Hilda, Thank you for your remark. The United Nations Organization considers insects to be a sustainable source of protein while having high protein quality. The insects used by Jimini's are raised and fed with the greatest care on European farms where all their special needs are taken into account. We encourage everyone to follow a diet as high in plants as possible but we also try to find sustainable sources of protein for people who decide to not adhere to a vegan diet as it is their choice. Have a nice day.
