Vajra's Demeter spelt bulgur, rich in fibre, can be eaten plain or with vegetables. Spelt bulgur has a very fine and tender taste.

Basic recipe: 1 cup of bulgur / 1 ½ cup of water. Bring the water to a boil, add salt and pour in the bulgur. Cover the pan, reduce the heat and cook for about 8 minutes. Then extinguish the fire and let stand covered, to open the grains properly, for 10 minutes.
