Monovarietal olive oil, produced from freshly harvested Koroneiki olives in Crete. Our oil is monovarietal, which means that it is made entirely from the variety Koroneiki. Their particularity is that the olives do not fall from the trees but remain attached to the branches. This means that the olives used to make the oil never come in contact with the ground. The olives are then cold pressed (less than 27°C) using mechanical methods to preserve all the nutritional values of the olives. This oil is multi-purpose, has a sweet flavor, perfect to accompany you in all your daily recipes.
