    Ingredients

    • Summer vegetables: zucchini, bell peppers, red onions, mushrooms
    • 1 block of smoked tofu
    • Olive oil
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Herbes de Provence

    Recipe

    1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
    2. Cut all the vegetables and tofu into cubes and thread them onto skewers as shown in the picture.
    3. Brush with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, and Herbes de Provence.
    4. Bake for 30 minutes.
    5. Serve with delicious Quintesens ketchup.
