- Summer vegetables: zucchini, bell peppers, red onions, mushrooms
- 1 block of smoked tofu
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Herbes de Provence
Recipe
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Cut all the vegetables and tofu into cubes and thread them onto skewers as shown in the picture.
- Brush with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, and Herbes de Provence.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
