Store at room temperature before opening. To heat: place your food pouch in a water bath or pour the content in pan or a bowl prior to putting it in the microwave. Check the temperature before serving. Never place the bottle in the microwave. If the bottle has not been heated, it can be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 48 hours after opening.
