This cream with hazelnuts and honey is also known as « praline honey ». This mixture of honey and hazelnuts is a dream, a product with an unique taste, simply delicious ! This traditional cream is made with only hazelnuts and acacia honey. The hazelnuts have been grilled before being traditionally ground to a cream. Mixed with the honey, it becomes a luxurious and delicious cream.
