About this product
This burger mix was created in collaboration with Little Food, the largest insect farm in Europe. This mix, a good and high-protein alternative to traditional hamburgers, is made of cricket flour. Enough for 6 medium burgers (2 to 3 persons).
In Belgium, a jar collection system exists through which you can collect 1€ per jar (details available on the Lili Bulk website)
Composition
Ingredients: rice flakes, insect meal, buckwheat flakes, vegetable broth, dried rosemary, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, psyllium.

Instructions
Preparation: in a saucepan, heat 100ml of unsalted water. When the water boils, remove it from the heat and mix the Protein SuperBurger mix with the boiling water. Mix everything together for 5 minutes to obtain a paste. Divide the dough into 6 to form small burgers. In a frying pan, cook the burgers with a drizzle of olive oil for 5 minutes. Tip: the cooking time depends on your culinary tastes. To store in a cool and dry place
