This sesame paste is not only rich in protein (more than 20%) but also in dietary fiber (7%) which ensures a long lasting feeling of satiety. The sesame seeds that make it up are also famous for their micronutrients: calcium, phosphorus and magnesium benefit the health of your bones; copper and manganese add an antioxidant character; iron; zinc, vitamin B1... The list never seems to end! Our partner grinds these seeds in his workshop with great care to ensure the unique freshness of this sesame puree. From now on, store-bought hummus and eggplant caviar will no longer be able to compete with your homemade ones. Our puree comes from a family workshop, where production is done in small batches of 25-30 kg in order to keep a regular control on the final product. This method guarantees exceptional quality, without the addition of oil and sugars. The seeds are roasted at 160°-170°C.
