The sunny days! Proud to be able to present such a quality/price ratio for an organic cava. It is a crude from the 3 local grape varieties: Macabeu, Xarel.lo and Parellada. An aging in 10 to 12 months bottle provides a beautiful and fine bubble, and ultimately a very pleasant cava.
