Matilde is an Organic DOCG Prosecco Superiore, produced 100% from hand-baked Glera grapes in the hills at the foot of the Italian Alps, between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene (classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site).
Produced by 3 passionate brothers on one of the 43 "Rive", these hills occupy the top of the Prosecco's quality pyramid.
It has a very light straw yellow colour, which reveals an elegant and persistent perlage, pleasant on the palate. Rich in fruity aromas, mainly apple and more slightly peach, it reveals its elegance and the strength of its history on the nose.
Each step of its production is carried out with great care for our generous environment, to ensure that future generations can also enjoy these extraordinary flavours and landscapes.
