Chilli Espelette

Espelette pepper has a powerful aroma and a pronounced spiciness. It is traditionally used in dishes of Mediterranean origin, broths or any other grilled dishes. The powder is used like pepper, in equivalent proportions. Remember to stir the jar before each use in order to maintain a homogeneous powder, and to use it at the end of cooking to preserve its organoleptic qualities.
