Instructions

Rinse 250 g of sushi rice in cold water and drain. Add it to a pan with 310 ml of cold water. Let it soak for 30 minutes. Boil. Cover the lid and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes or until all the water is absorbed. Remove from heat, close lid and let stand for 10 minutes.

Store in a cool and dry place
