About this product
Crunchy is gourmandise and balance incarnate: a 75% intense, round Grand Cru Noir base with beans from the Kokoa Kamili plantation in Tanzania. On top, sobacha (roasted buckwheat) and currants have been sprinkled by hand to create an interplay of crunchy and melt-in-the-mouth textures. Carrés Sauvages uses mainly whole sugars with a low glycaemic index. For this recipe, we use Java coconut blossom whole sugar.

Instructions
Keep it in a cool, dry place, away from light. Ideal storage temperature 17°C. In case of high heat, you can put your chocolate in the refrigerator. Just make sure it's in airtight packaging so the chocolate doesn't absorb moisture. Take it out a few minutes before eating it.
