Beautiful violet colour, a delicate perfume, these sheets of algae are rich in vitamin A, calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc. It is rich in vitamin B1 which helps brain function. Nori is a dried algae that look like black sheets of paper. Its a very important part of Japanese cuisine.
Tips: Ideal to make delicious maki rolls. Chopped into small pieces, they are great on salads, in soups or on noodles. You can lightly grill nori to give it a stronger and crunchier.
