It takes a lot of time and patience to grow wild bilberries. Unlike the cultivated variety, it takes several years before the bushes can be planted in the forest, in controlled wild cultivation, and finally harvested. Wild Bilberries differ from the cultivated berries sold in supermarkets in many other ways: they are smaller, have a more intense flavour and need to be processed more quickly. The production of juice from these delicate berries must therefore be as gentle as possible. Free from artificial additives, our purely natural Biotta juice is made from organic wild blueberries. This preserves the fruit's distinctive flavour. The hard, long work is worth it: the reward is a particularly tasty juice that appeals to young and old alike.
