To obtain this ORGANIC PLANT seasoning oil, we blend aromatic peppers with extra virgin olive oil to produce a spicy composition. It should be noted that there is no addition of essential oil in our product. In Calabria, the "land of olives", the pepper pods macerate for a month in olive oil. This operation allows the intense aromas of the chilli pepper to migrate into the oil. The pods are then removed from the preparation. It is an olive oil pressed by a partner oil mill, located in southern Italy, from the Coratina and Ogliarola varieties of olives, which forms the basis of our seasoning oil. It blends harmoniously with the aromas of chilli pepper, which also grows in southern Italy. This oil gives a Mediterranean note to all your dishes: its delicious spicy flavour makes it an ideal complement to your meat and pasta dishes and can also be used to spice up your salads and sauces.
