Our Rapeseed+Olive blend combines the benefits of two virgin organic oils with complementary nutritional properties. Made up of 60% rapeseed oil and 40% olive oil, it is a daily response to nutritional needs in fatty acids and offers a balanced flavour for a multitude of cold dishes. By combining two virgin organic oils known for their benefits, BIO PLANETE offers an oil with a balanced composition of fatty acids. Judiciously proportioned, it combines the nutritional qualities of rapeseed, rich in omega 3 (alpha-linolenic essential fatty acids), and olive, generous in monounsaturated fatty acids known to fight against bad cholesterol.
