Diapers – Size 3 (5-9 kg)

What weight range does size 3 cover?

From 4 to 9 kg, with 56 nappies per pack. As with the other Bébé au Naturel sizes, that range partly covers the neighbouring ones: size 2 stops at 6 kg and size 4 starts at 7 kg. The choice therefore also rests on the build of the child.

Size 3 or size 4 at around 8 kg?

At that weight both exist: size 3 from Bébé au Naturel runs to 9 kg and size 4 begins at 7 kg. Size 3 stays closer fitting, size 4 leaves more room around the thighs. The most reliable guide is where the tabs land once the nappy is fastened.

What is the absorbent core made of?

Sixty per cent natural cellulose fibre, the rest handling the retention of the liquid. Bébé au Naturel gives an absorbency reaching up to thirty times the weight of the core. The size 3 nappy is made with no chlorine, no fragrance, no lotion, no latex and no petrolatum.

What do the labels on the pack cover?

The FSC label concerns the management of the forests the cellulose comes from. The EU Ecolabel frames the environmental impact of the product across its life cycle. STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX concerns the substances tested for in the materials. Bébé au Naturel makes these nappies in Brittany, through a short supply chain.

How many per pack and how do I store them?

Fifty-six nappies in size 3, as an eco pack: one wrapper for a high count. Close the bag again after use and keep it dry, at room temperature. Bébé au Naturel uses cellulose, a material that swells and loses its shape in a room that is too humid.
