About this product
The real white and organic rice sheets, with a circumference of Ø 28 cm, are made from rice grown in protected micro-farms in the Mekong Delta. It is an essential part of the Asian gastronomy to fold egg rolls, spring rolls or samosas. Running out of ideas? Find recipe ideas and a folding diagram on the back of the packaging! Instructions
Before rehydration, rice leaves are very fragile: handle them carefully. Dip the leaves one by one in cold water for 20-30 seconds. They are ready to be garnished when they become soft and pliable. Store in a cool, dry place.
