450g cooked chickpeas
600g crushed tomatoes
1 garlic clove
1 small zucchini
2 onions
2 tbsp cumin
1 tsp cayenne pepper
250g buckwheat semolina
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Recipe

Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
Chop the onions and zucchini into small pieces. Press the garlic clove. In a pan, sauté everything with a drizzle of olive oil for 5 minutes. Then, add the chickpeas along with the cumin and cayenne pepper. Let cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.
