Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas (400g) from Kazidomi
- 100g of corn
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 2 tsp nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 plant-based cheese
- 2 tbsp potato flour
- 2-3 tbsp breadcrumbs
Recipe
- Drain the chickpeas.
- In a bowl, mash all the ingredients together using a fork until you get a smooth mixture.
- Shape into patties and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil.
- For the rest, let your creativity shine and garnish your burger however you like! We swapped traditional cheese for the plant-based cheese.
