    These grilled barbecue tofu wings are a delicious and flavorful alternative to traditional chicken wings. Perfectly seasoned and grilled, they offer a crunchy exterior and a tender interior, making them a vegetarian dish that will delight all food lovers, even those who don't follow a vegan diet.

    Ingredients

    • 450g firm tofu (1 block)
    • Extra virgin olive oil
    • Salt, pepper
    • Light Greek yogurt
    • Fresh parsley (or cilantro of your choice)
    • 1 lemon
    • 1 garlic clove
    • Honey
    • Barbecue sauce

    Recipe

    1. Using your hands, break the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
    2. Drizzle olive oil and mix well to coat the tofu. Generously season with pepper and add a pinch of salt.
    3. Grill on the barbecue (or bake in the oven at 200°C) for about 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
    4. Meanwhile, finely chop the parsley and garlic. Place them in a medium bowl and add the Greek yogurt.
    5. Squeeze the lemon to get 15 ml (1 tbsp) of juice and add it to the bowl. Add honey and mix well.
    6. Transfer the tofu to a large bowl. Add the barbecue sauce and toss to coat the tofu evenly. Return the tofu to the grill (or oven) and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
