Ingredients
Ingredients (for 1 serving):
- 45g of rolled oats
- 1 medium-sized banana
- 25g (1 serving) of vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon of nut butter (here, peanut butter)
- 2 tablespoons of coconut plant-based milk
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips (or 2 broken squares of dark chocolate)
Recipe
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Shape the dough into a cookie on parchment paper.
- Add the chocolate chips on top.
- Cook in the air fryer at 180°C for 10 minutes.
