These wide Udon wheat noodles have a unique taste. The first clear wheat flour used to make this pasta , is freshly ground. Ideal in soups or broths or in all your wok dishes. Preparation: Boil 2 litres of water, add the noodles and stir. Leave to boil for 6 to 8 minutes, strain and rinse with cold water.
