An indigenous grape from a region that we love to find! Sicily in all its splendor. The perfect wine for the aperitif and the planchas of fish and seafood. There are intense and elegant fragrances of flowers and citrus. The roundness and the fruit are dominant and the freshness is brought by the Grillo grape, cultivated at 200/250m above sea level. The purpose of the field is to improve the quality of the various Sicilian indigenous varieties, by exploiting the historic-human cultural heritage of the territory.
