Instructions

Directions for use: 1 day kit: 1 sachet and 2 capsules morning and evening. Pour the sachet into a glass of water and shake vigorously before consuming with the 2 capsules. To be taken on the 1st day of a ketogenic diet or in case of broken ketosis. Repeat if necessary. At least 99% of the chemical forms of carnitine are of the L enantiomer.
